Post 3 Midterm

Why would someone even think about cutting art classes? Art isn’t just painting and drawing anymore. Now of days, art includes activities like music, photography, and, newest version of art, computers.
Art is the only way students can express themselves freely in school. There is no other course this school offers that let students to that. Art is a way for students to show off their talents and be noticed by other people. If a student has an amazing talent like making beauty on a canvas, then why would you deny them their opportunity to shine? Teachers want kids to open their minds to new ideas, and that’s what art class is all about.
Plus art can cost that much per year. All students need to express themselves is a canvas, some paint, some paint brushes, a pencil, and most importantly their creativity. There is no need to cut one of the school’s cheapest class. If you cut art class then you will be cutting the students opportunity to exercise their creative power. Just remember you can’t spell SMART without ART.
